When I googled the definition of "cleanly" (with the generic spelling, of course), the search result produced a perfect summary for what I had envisioned for this blog: a transitional guide to detoxing your life, your mind, your body and our planet in a way that is simple, sustainable, realistic, and economical. In the definition above, dirt can be anything in your life that is toxic -- emotions, health problems, thinking patterns, environmental pollutants, stress, etc. -- and living "Kleen" will hopefully help rid your life of at least some of the toxins in our world.

I've been researching ways to detox my life for the past few months, and I finally decided to put my findings in an organized format. It seemed selfish not to share this information with people who might be interested in living a "Kleener" life.

If you would like additional information or if you have a question about anything, feel free to shoot me an email at keestar3@gmail.com. Thanks for checking in and I hope your "Kleen" journey is both invigorating and fulfilling!

P.S. In case you haven't put it together by now, Kleenly is also a pun on my name :)
